PHI management is SO KIND! I can tell they really try to make working there a pleasant experience. My manager had been very helpful during the training and to this day answers all of my many questions with ease!

The team at Pacific Housing is quite supportive with onboarding training and providing tools necessary to forge successful relationships with resident populations served.  Additionally, the autonomy afforded to shape service delivery is invaluable and appreciated.

The appreciation from residents when we are able to assist them is the best feeling. It is an incredibly rewarding feeling to help these residents and to feel supported by PHI when I don't immediately have the answers to help.

I truly feel that what we are doing is helping people, and that many of them would be struggling still if we weren’t around to help.  It is nice to sit back and look at the big picture once in awhile to realize the scale of what this company is doing and just the grand impact that we are having on so many people.  Even the people who are doing okay right now tell me thank you and express how much gratitude they have that there is a company out there trying to help and make sure they are okay during these tough times.  Helping create a better quality of life for other people is rewarding work, and I am thankful to be a part of it.

My ears are my best resource.  Out of all the reading, researching, writing, making lists, emailing and suggesting the most valuable thing I did today was listen.  A few of my conversations went way over fifteen minutes but the impact to those residents was immeasurable.

I have felt supported by everyone in Pacific Housing from my first day on the job. I have been encouraged to think of creative and innovated ways to best serve the residents I work with. I enjoy the family style environment here at PHI.

I am a Resident Service Specialist at Pacific Housing Inc. I am have been here 90 days and have really enjoyed it so far. My coworker who trained me and my supervisor both were very helpful and welcoming from the beginning. I like how they make you feel like you matter and they are here to help with things you may not understand or with situations you might have difficulties with. I enjoy working in that type of atmosphere because you can grow and build your confidence when you know your fellow coworkers want to see you succeed.
