Emma joined the PHI team in November 2020, starting as Resident Service Specialist. She now runs the recruitment process as well as supervises resident service programs. Emma was able to assist in the redevelopment of the onboarding process at PHI. By reinventing the onboarding process and creating an immersive PHI experience, Emma hopes to have all of our employees feel connected and appreciated.
Emma utilizes her enthusiasm to create an engaging training environment that fosters creativity and compassion for our resident populations. Emma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State University. Prior to working at PHI, Emma worked in the hospitality industry for 4 years. She uses her competencies from working in hospitality to drive the Resident Service Specialists to a new level of professionalism, self-development, interpersonal communication, and innovative planning.
