Kelsee Koerner joined the PHI Team in January 2025, as a Resident Services Manager to the greater Northern California Region. With focus on team development and community partnerships, Kelsee supports the management and growth of Resident Service Specialists.

Kelsee’s background in property management and event planning brings unique insight and experience that she utilizes to foster the growth of her teams. She previously studied theater and real estate before beginning her journey into management.

Kelsee enjoys creating a collaborative and inclusive environment where team members feel valued and empowered to contribute their best to create impact in the affordable housing communities.
