Kenny Chang joined the PHI team in March 2024 as a Resident Services Manager. In this role, he supports the management and development of Resident Service Specialists.

Kenny has a multi-disciplinary background and is a first-generation scholar. He holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies from California State University, Fresno.

Kenny is passionate about supporting the community, creating meaningful relationships, and providing guidance through his personal and professional experiences. He utilizes his previous experiences as a program manager, EMT, and educator to foster positive relationships with his team and community members.
