Esmeralda joined the PHI team July of 2010 as an Accounting Specialist. Esmeralda has over 20 years of experience managing financial accounts for corporate and non-profit organizations. As an Accounting Specialist she manages a variety of duties including preparation, review, maintenance, of over 130 financial and statistical records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and budgets.  In addition, she handles HR responsibilities within the hiring, dismissal, and administration of all benefits programs for our team.

In 2021, Esmeralda was instrumental in the transition of our payroll system to a web-based program, streamlining our procedures.
