Jedah joined the PHI team in 2022 as a Resident Service Specialist, bringing experience in community service and an educational background in Early Childhood Education and Social and Behavioral Science. With a passion for making meaningful connections, she quickly stood out as an exceptional Resident Service Specialist, known for her ability to build impactful community partnerships and foster intentional relationships in the community she serves.

In 2025, Jedah stepped into the role of Assistant Manager of Resident Services. Jedah oversees the Resident Service Specialists in the East Bay Area region. She continues to champion collaboration and encourages her team to embrace their openness and partnerships as a path to greater community impact. Jedah is committed to continuous growth, personally and professionally. She is actively pursuing opportunities to further her education and professional development, all while strengthening the bonds between PHI and the communities it serves.
