Trent joined the PHI team in 2014 and is responsible for project management of affordable housing developments, partnership coordination and compliance with Board of Equalization requirements, and grant writing that seeks to advance PHI’s mission of promoting quality affordable housing and resident services. He has significant knowledge of PHI’s affordable housing requirements and extensive relationship experience with regulatory agencies throughout California. He strives to leverage his knowledge and experience to make compliance requirements seamless for our partners and organized for effortless review. Trent holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University Sacramento (CSUS). While attending CSUS, Trent was a PHI intern for both the development and resident services teams which provided a foundation to understand every aspect of PHI’s role in the affordable housing industry.
